Chef Bud Andersen

Bud Andersen is the Business Development Manager for Ben E. Keith Foods - West Texas Division in Amarillo, Texas. He supports great partner's like Lucy's Mexicali Restaurants in developing new menu items, food cost/inventory control, as well as the overall profitability of the establishment. His cooking style comes from a desire to marry different flavor profiles by conbining the "heat" with the "sweet" of different ingredients, to create unique flavor profiles for each customer and their restaurant. Mr. Andersen was the Executive Sous Chef at Hillcrest Country Club in Lincoln, Nebraska, a postition he also held at Riverside Country Club in Grand Island, Nebraska. He appears weekly on the Today in Amarillo show on station KAMR 4, Amarillo and monthly on the KLBK Cafe on station KLBK 10, Lubbock.
